1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and netpkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://netpkr.net ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the netpkr platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account and remains in force for the entire duration of your relationship with netpkr.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and netpkr. Where any conflict arises between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on netpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through netpkr or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an account closed by netpkr for breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Identity Verification

netpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one netpkr account. If duplicate accounts are identified, netpkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending review. Where duplication appears fraudulent, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your netpkr account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify netpkr immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• netpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.
• You must not allow any other person, regardless of their age, to place bets or conduct transactions through your account.

netpkr accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credit, bonus funds, or winnings to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

netpkr supports the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. netpkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• netpkr does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, however your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering screening. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment instrument used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. netpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform at the time of request.
• Only cleared, real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
• netpkr reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a Terms violation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

netpkr offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

netpkr employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or any other strategy that seeks to exploit promotional mechanics without genuine gaming intent.

• Where bonus abuse is detected, netpkr reserves the right to void the bonus, void all bets placed using the bonus, and close the associated account.
• Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of netpkr and are final.
• Players found to have systematically abused promotions across multiple accounts may be permanently banned from the platform.

5.3 Expiry

All bonus funds and free bet credits carry an expiry date. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account automatically upon expiry. netpkr is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the offer.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on netpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or market. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel a confirmed bet will not be accepted except where permitted under specific market rules (e.g., early cash-out where available).
• netpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, subject to investigation and notification to the affected player.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply across all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing sporting body shall be determinative.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. netpkr bears no liability for delays in data feeds that may affect in-play pricing.

6.1 Cricket & PSL Markets

Cricket betting markets, including those covering PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 fixtures, are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on the netpkr platform. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, applicable void rules will apply as specified per market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the netpkr platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to bypass geographic or account restrictions.
• Allowing a minor under the age of 21 to access or use your netpkr account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing netpkr staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the netpkr platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of netpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written authorisation from netpkr.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the netpkr brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, netpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity.

netpkr does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors, and shall not be liable for any interruption in service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

Where netpkr is found liable for any loss or damage, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by netpkr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

netpkr collects personal and financial data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. Requests should be submitted via the support channel on the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by netpkr

netpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a charge-back or dispute from a payment provider in relation to a deposit.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing involvement, or use of prohibited software.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your netpkr account at any time by contacting support via live chat on the platform. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the platform and all associated data will be deactivated. netpkr reserves the right to retain transaction and identity records for the periods required by applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations, notwithstanding account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which netpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant licensing authority.

In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with netpkr's customer support team via live chat on the platform. netpkr will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing body's dispute resolution service.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights are afforded by mandatory applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

netpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the netpkr platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
